Role Overview
Ravenhill Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day linehaul operations, including driver management, dispatch coordination, and overall execution of scheduled routes. This role is critical to ensuring safety, reliability, and operational discipline across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch and scheduling of drivers and routes
- Ensure on-time performance across all runs Oversee driver performance, communication, and accountability
- Coordinate with terminals, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards Respond to operational disruptions (delays, breakdowns, staffing issues)
- Track key performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, trucking, or fleet operations
- Experience managing drivers and dispatch operations
- Familiarity with linehaul or middle-mile operations preferred
- Strong understanding of DOT compliance and HOS regulations
- Experience with fleet management or telematics systems
